Shipping & Returns
Please take note when selecting your shipping method. If you choose our free standard shipping, it will take about 3-5 business days to arrive. This can be on top of our 1-3 days processing your orders. If you would like your order sooner, please pay for the express shipping, it will take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Once your order has been placed, we typically aim to process your order the same day. If you place your order by accident let us know ASAP. If we have processed your order already, we are unable to issue you a refund.
Due to sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot issue refunds or process exchange for order already placed, so please read the item's description carefully before you place your order. All sales are final.
Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived yet and it's within the 7-10 business days window, please be patient. If it has not arrived 10 days since you placed your order, let us know by replying to your order confirmation email. We can either issue you a refund or offer to send a replacement out. Do not file a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Just get in touch with us first and we can help you with your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be issued ONLY if an error was made on our side, as long as you let us know within 3 days after delivery. Refunds will be sent to the original source of payment. In case an exchange or return is approved by us, we will let you know via email. Returns received without our approval will not be processed for refund or exchange. To return your product, you should send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure to give us the correct information when you place the order to avoid any mistakes in the item(s). Also, keep in mind that colors may look a bit different in person due to monitor variations.
We strongly recommend you check your package as soon as you receive it. If your order is incomplete or wrong, let us know within a week of delivery and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Send us an email at email@example.com
If for any reason your package is returned to us, we might need to collect additional postage fees to re-ship your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You can contact your bank and credit card company to check for pending transactions.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will only be made for the exact same product (including color, size, etc). Please do not send back any packages without obtaining our written authorization first. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
